MIP: Basic Payroll and HR Workshop

The Payroll workshop explains how to set up the payroll system and process payrolls. This course covers all aspects of setting up the payroll system for use. Participants set up the Payroll module in Administration then move into the Payroll system to set up the basic payroll codes. Also covered are the setup procedures for payroll distribution, employees and default timesheets. Participants learn how to enter and adjust employee balances, as well as all of the steps for processing payroll. Participants also learn the steps for implementing and producing payrolls with the Direct Deposit module.
