About the SALT Team:
Bob Heller, Shareholder, State and Local Tax Practice Leader. Bob has extensive experience in Washington State, multi-state, and state tax controversy client matters. He previously served as Senior Assistant Director for Tax Policy at the Washington Department of Revenue.

Joe Haberzetle, Principal, State and Local Tax Practice. Joe brings valuable tax expertise to formulate solutions for a wide range of multi-state tax planning and compliance issues. He has worked exclusively on state and local tax matters since 2001 with a wide variety of clients across industries, from manufacturing and retailing to telecommunications and emerging technologies.

Nicole Lyons, Manager, State and Local Tax Practice. Nicole specializes in providing consulting to clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and professional services. Her experience includes five years as an auditor for the Washington State Department of Revenue. Before joining Clark Nuber, Nicole was with McGladrey LLP in Seattle.

Jennifar Hill is a Senior in our State and Local Tax Practice. She helps businesses understand and find solutions to minimize their state and local tax burdens, and provides support for filing positions consistent with business objectives and applicable law. Before focusing on state and local tax, Jennifar was a bankruptcy attorney in Miami, Florida, where she advocated for businesses in insolvency proceedings and counseled clients on debt restructuring matters.
