This policy does not apply to information we process as a data processor or service provider on behalf of our clients.

Clark Nuber and its advisory representatives are in compliance with the current filing requirements imposed upon investment advisers by those states in which Clark Nuber maintains clients.
Online Payment Disclosure
- All payments are final. If you believe you have been billed and/or charged in error, please contact the Client Account Administrator at 425-635-4592.
- Payments made online will be posted to your account within 3 business days. You may request a receipt of payment by contacting the Client Account Administrator or calling us at 425-635-4592.
