Kathryn moved to Seattle from Hawaii in 2004 to pursue new opportunities (and expand her shopping options).

She has wowed Clark Nuber clients ever since with her attention to detail and passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Kathryn is a principal in Clark Nuber’s Tax Services Group. She has worked with partnerships, corporations, exempt organizations, trusts and estates, and high net worth individuals, and shares her expertise through training seminars and the development of Clark Nuber publications.

  • Represented clients before the IRS in examinations and penalty abatement requests.
  • Assisted in the development and maintenance of Clark Nuber’s Form 990 Organizer, a tool used by organizations to gather the necessary information needed to successfully complete the Form 990.
  • Contributing Author/Editor, Form 990 Compliance Guide by Clark Nuber, an online treatise through IntelliConnect and published by CCH.
  • Contributing Author/Editor, Form 990F Private Foundation Handbook and Compliance Guide by Clark Nuber, a treatise published by CCH.
  • Instructor for various in-house training classes and Clark Nuber’s Not-for-Profit Basic Training seminar.
