As the Chief Officer of Growth & Creative Services, Melissa is passionate about leading and mentoring her team along their career paths. Her collaborative spirit allows her to spearhead projects within her team, around the firm, and throughout the community. Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys the wonders of Washington’s wine country with her husband, siblings, and friends.

Melissa is responsible for the strategic activities that help drive the firm’s growth and enhance Clark Nuber’s brand image. She markets Clark Nuber as a business enterprise in addition to the diverse practices of our professionals. Her work behind the scenes has helped achieve a market presence that has allowed the firm to grow organically by 8-10% per year.
