A word to describe Rob is dedicated. Not only have he and Keri been to every Bruce Springsteen concert in the area (and a few elsewhere) since 1986, but he has given an incredible amount of himself to the success of Clark Nuber. You could say he's our groupie.

Clark Nuber is dedicated to the success of our people and our clients. Previously the President and CEO, Rob’s role was to oversee the strategic direction of the firm and develop a vision for the future, while retaining the cultural values that have enabled our success. Teamwork and collaboration are central to Clark Nuber’s culture. We empower team members to play to their strengths to provide the greatest possible value to our clients.

Rob joined Clark Nuber in 1985, and he led the firm’s tax practice for 12 years before assuming the role of CEO in 2014. He has also served on Clark Nuber’s Management Board since 2005. His long history with the firm and his leadership experience have provided him with a wealth of organizational and cultural knowledge.

Responsibilities and Practice Emphasis

Overall responsibility for strategy, operations, people development, and recruiting to support organic growth of the firm.
Succession planning for the firm, including development of current and future firm owners.
Actively involved in national managing partner groups through the AICPA, LEA Global, and other organizations.
Member of Clark Nuber Management Board from 2005 – present.
As Tax Practice Leader, specialized in serving professional services firms and complex real estate businesses.

Proven Results

Clark Nuber has been named a Top 100 Firm in the U.S. for the past five years.
The firm has been named as a Best CPA Firms for Women and Best CPA Firms for Leadership Equity by the Accounting MOVE Project every year since these awards were created.
The firm has been named a Best Place to Work consistently by several publications.
During Rob’s tenure as CEO, the firm has promoted 14 people to shareholder (owner). The firm currently has 26 shareholders.
Rob served as Tax Practice Leader from 2002 – 2014, during which time the tax practice more than doubled in size as measured by both revenue and personnel.
