Shane Ratigan

JD LLM | Senior Manager

An avid reader and motorcycle enthusiast-turned-accountant with 20 years of full-time school completed (so far), Shane is not one to turn down learning something new. When he’s not busy studying for bar exams—of which he’s passed two—or reading at the library, Shane is grilling on the patio, playing with his dog, or at the beach with his family.

As a senior manager in the firm’s state and local tax practice, Shane enjoys working with a wide variety of commercial clients. He finds that working with businesses of all sizes and industries allows him to understand the arc of a business’ life cycle and how business needs and capabilities change over that time.
