Bellevue, WA — Rob Fleming, Clark Nuber PS, was recently presented with the Community Leadership Award from the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA). The WSCPA Community Leadership Award is given to those who display “outstanding, lifelong civic and community service.” The award is given out only when the WSCPA chooses to recognize an individual’s distinguishable work in the field and is not an annual award.
“It’s a great honor to be presented with this award,” Fleming said. “I feel extremely fortunate to have a career that allows me to work so closely with members of our community.”
Over the years, Fleming has served on many of the region’s nonprofit boards, including The Evergreen State Society, Mercer Island Boys & Girls Club, Seattle Children’s Home, The Group Theatre, Windermere Community Association, Washington Athletic Club, and UW Accounting Development Fund.
“Rob’s contribution to both the community around him and to the firm is undeniable,” said Rob Wheeler, CEO. “As the founder of Clark Nuber’s Not-for-Profit Services Group, Rob has acted on behalf of not-for-profit organizations for decades now – helping them to grow responsibly and achieve their charitable missions.”
