Bellevue, WA – Clark Nuber PS, a CPA and consulting firm headquartered in the Seattle metropolitan area, has been named the Washington State Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA) 2016-2017 Business. The WSCPA states the award is given to a “company or firm that provides noteworthy support to the WSCPA and its members.”

CEO Rob Wheeler said, “We are honored to be named Business of the Year by the WSCPA. Outreach, both in the community and to other people in the profession, is something we take pride in. Being able to learn and engage with professionals in the field is the best way to continue to grow, and the WSCPA provides great opportunities for that. Thank you to the WSCPA for the recognition and to all of the Clark Nuber team for their efforts.”

It wasn’t just the company that was recognized at this year’s WSCPA awards. David James, a Clark Nuber PS shareholder, was awarded the Outstanding WSPCA Volunteer Leader award. James is active in the local community, heading up volunteer work with Jubilee REACH as well as serving as a board member for various organizations throughout the Seattle area. “I am honored to receive this award from the WSCPA. Support for the profession and care for the community in which we live and work is an integral part of Clark Nuber’s corporate culture,” said James.
